Be in good condition. Not be damaged in any way
Be valid at least six months beyond exit date
Have at least three blank visa pages

You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes
Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Letter of Introduction
A letter of introduction is required. Your letter must:
Be on company letterhead paper
Include your name passport number, and date of birth
Specify the your entry reason is solely for tourism
Include the dates and length of your stay
Include the validity of your requested visa
Display your original signature

A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
A copy of the hotel confirmation
The Consulate of Oman has instituted a web-based visa application form. The application must be completed online and then printed. Business Visa Application Requirements for a Oman Visa
Visa On Arrival
The sponsor must organise approval for an entry permit from the Ministry of Interior. The procedure is as follows:
Applicant's particulars (copy of the passport showing photo and validity details) are sent to the sponsor
Sponsor makes the application to the Ministry of Interior
Once the entry permit is approved it is forwarded to Immigration at the airport of the applicant's arrival
Sponsor confirms to the applicant that the visa is arranged by providing a copy of the approval, and that they will be met at the airport upon arrival
Applicants must hold proof of onward/return tickets and a valid proof of health insurance covering the period of intended stay.
